A new farm shop in Oadby, Leicester have opened, offering fresh and local produce. The latest addition to the Stoughton development, Stoughton Grange Farm Shop is now open 7 days a week. The farm will offer its visitors a range of fresh and local produce from Leicestershire and Rutland. They are constantly looking for new suppliers to work with.
The farm shop includes an on-site butchery, deli counter, local bread from Hambleton Bakery, a great selection of cakes and biscuits, takeaway coffees and other drinks. Their dairy products are sourced from the freshest milk straight from Kingarth Farm 4 miles away. Not just that but Stoughton Grange Farm Shop also has its own on-site distillery.
Following on from the refurbishment of the neighbouring Cow & Plough, along with a number of different improvements to the area, Stoughton Grange Farm Shop is an exciting new addition for nearby residents and visitors.
Stoughton Grange Farm Shop will be opening its own farm park in August
Stoughton Grange Farm Shop is situated on the land of the former Stoughton Farm Park on Gartree Road. Steamin’ Billy, who is opening the shop, will be bringing back elements of the original site with their own mini farm park opening in August. The area will become an excellent place for families to visit in Leicestershire with the addition of alpacas, Shetland ponies, sheep, goats and pigs for guests to visit. Families will also be able to enjoy a peddle tractor track, lakeside walks and a picnic area. Following on from that will be the addition of an Afternoon Tea Kitchen Garden and more.
