STREET FOOD LINE UP RELEASED FOR LANE 7

A permanent street food court will become part of Leicester’s newest entertainment venue, Lane 7 with burgers, steamed buns, fried chicken and waffles lining up alongside bowling, gaming and bars.

Covering a range of global cuisines, including incredible vegan options, the traders will be open 7 days/week for anyone visiting Lane7, or for those wanting to take away.

First up, Deckards, who began their street food journey at Derby’s Bustler Market in 2017. Specialising in Bao-Taiwanese Steamed Buns, their Pan Asian influences melded with pop culture references has earned them an eager following of UK foodies.

Burger fans will be able to feast on proper grass-fed burgers from What’s Your Beef as the Manchester team bring their award-winning burgers. Using grass fed and ethically reared beef from their multi-award-winning butcher, there’s no skimping on the quality with these burgers, whilst vegetarians and vegans can also look forward to a tasty range of menu items, including their popular Got No Beef burger.

Joining them, Yardbirds will be moving in with their all American-fried chicken and waffles. Enjoy a taste of Harlem in Leicester with their special recipe fried chicken and filthy fries.

Alongside outstanding street food, customers at Lane7 will also enjoy a range of themed bars including a Gin Kitchen, Slushie Bar, secret cocktail garden, coffee and cake, bubble waffles and much more.

Lane7 is set to open in October 2020 in the former Leicester Central Station.
