‘Pinkfoot’, ‘Cuckoo’ and ‘Teal’ Lodges each sleep up to 6 guests. They have been positioned far enough apart to provide total privacy during your stay. The lodges can be enjoyed for use as a family or group of friends. They are close enough for the exclusive use of all three too.
The Nest lodges offer a king-size master room with lake views and direct access to the outdoors, as well as a twin room with a separate king-size cabin bunk. The lodges offer a large bathroom with an egg-shaped bathtub, offering the perfect spot to sit back and relax. Enjoy the perfect setup for a good night’s sleep and real home from home feel on your visit.
The focal point for the lodges is the vast living room/kitchen space. It comes fully equipped with all of the mod-cons, crockery and cutlery you’d expect. A large wood burning stove not only keeps the lodge warm in any weather but is a combined cooker and stove, allowing you to enjoy a feast during your relaxing stay. A large dining table for 6 and deep set sofas provide the perfect place to catch up with your friends, enjoy cosy family nights in, or simply kick back and enjoy a break from the working week. Enjoy taking in the breathtaking views of the lake and fields beyond as the days get longer from the large deck available with every lodge.

The Next provides a menu of tasty handmade hampers, perfect for any time of the day. From a BBQ pack, complete with outdoor reared Lincolnshire sausages, prime beef burgers, free range chicken drumsticks and soft white buns, to an Italian Deli with a selection of charcuterie and cheeses. However, for those nights you simply decide you don’t want to cook, head off to the local pubs, which won’t disappoint.
Whilst staying at The Nest, guests are encouraged to enjoy all the facilities on-site. Enjoy detailed walking maps, wild swimming in the lake, toasting marshmallows, wood-fired hot tub hire, fishing, a film and firepit night, boating, bird watching, board games and much more!
