NEW ASPIRE LOUNGE AT BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT

The new Aspire Lounge (South) at Birmingham Airport opened its doors
on the 6th August 2018, bringing the new design concept of Aspire Lounges to the Airport, complementing the existing Aspire Lounge.

Due to the new lounge’s proximity to Gate 1 at Birmingham Airport, it is great for guests flying with Flybe or Ryanair but is open to all travellers no matter what their airline or travel class.

Striking entrance signage leads the guests to a welcome area, featuring a bespoke, back-lit welcome podium. A well-stocked bar, featuring fixtures and fittings that hark back to Birmingham’s industrial past, allows guests to help themselves to a selection of teas, coffees, soft drinks along with staff on hand to serve draught beer, wines and spirits.

The new Aspire Lounge (South) participates in Swissport’s Fit2Fly policy which aims to highlight guests’own responsibilities when it comes to consuming alcohol and taking a flight.

The new Aspire Lounge (South) is the first in the Aspire lounge portfolio to feature a bespoke pantry table and food serving area, something that will be rolled out to other Aspire Lounges in the coming years.
