The six-course tasting menu concept will be serving up Vietnamese-inspired street food from 26<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup><\/em><\/strong> February until 7<\/em><\/strong>th<\/sup><\/em><\/strong> April at Colmore Row venue<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six by Nico, the unique six-course tasting menu concept that sees the menu evolve every six weeks, has announced its third menu is \u2018Hanoi\u2019, launching 26th February – 7th April. Hanoi is inspired by the street food in Vietnam\u2019s capital and lively city, famous for its street food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For \u00a339, the menu comprises B\u00fan Ri\u00eau – Vietnamese Shellfish Foam, Spiced Pork Ragu, Crispy Noodles & Wild Rice; Nem R\u00e1n – Crispy Prawn Nem R\u00e1n, Spring Roll, Carrot & Mool; B\u00fan Bo – Smoked Beef, Noodles, Bone Marrow Sauce, Coriander, Beansprouts; Cha <\/strong>C\u00e1 L\u00e3 Vong – Coal Fish, Coconut & Coriander Chutney, Vietnamese Curry, Bok Choy, Herbs & B\u00e1nh \u00d0a; Goi Xo\u00e0i – Tamarind Glazed Chicken, Sweet Potato Hash, Crispy Leg Salad & Burnt Mango; B\u00e1nh Tr\u00f4i T\u00e0u – Palm Sugar Delice, Kumquat, Lime & Ginger Mousse. For \u00a330pp, guests can enhance their experience with an expertly paired wine from courses 2-6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
