The new restaurant promises to deliver “burger joint classics, Boo style” to Birmingham.
Boo’s new restaurant will open on Saturday 21 January in Moseley, Birmingham. Serving up handcrafted burgers, breakfast and coffee, their food will be freshly made on-site using the best homegrown British, Irish and locally sourced products.

Boo was first established 5.5 years ago and the team are making it their mission to bring the best burger to the High Street. Whether you’re a meat eater, vegetarian or prefer a plant-based diet – Boo has your back.
Every single item on the menu is freshly made in-house, including the burgers, beef bacon, sauces and milkshake blends, meaning you won’t get the same taste anywhere else.
As the company’s sixth store opening; it marks an important milestone for the brand as it continues its worldwide expansion.
