Fans of Mexican food, check who’s joining Derbion’s food offering.
Founded in 2007, Tortilla is the UK’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant and now you can get your hands on it at Derbion. Tortilla is joining Derbion’s Food Terrace on Level 2, which is set to open next month.
Inspired by delicious Mexican street food, the brand will bring its freshly prepared and authentic California-style menu to Derbion. Customers can create their dishes with a choice of fresh ingredients and fillings to suit all tastes, cravings and dietary requirements. Dive into their jam-packed menu of mouth-watering burritos, bowls, quesadillas and tacos, plus nachos and desserts, visitors can grab a delicious dish while on the go or head to the centre’s Food Terrace to sit down and enjoy their Mexican delights.
The new restaurant will join the increased additional seating and new brands already developing in this area. Popeyes® which opened in October and Burger & Sauce opened its doors last month, Tortilla will open in February.
