Grounded Kitchen Launch All New Children’s Menu

Feel good food is now available to a whole new generation of grounded fans. Grounded Kitchen launches Kid’s Nourish Bowls.

Are you looking for a nutritious and delicious meal for your child? Korean-inspired Grounded Kitchen has launched Kid’s Nourish Bowls this month. The meals combine balanced, fresh ingredients with the rich, exciting flavours of Korea. What’s better is it delivers two of your child’s recommended portions of fruit and vegetables in just one meal. It’s healthy and convenient too!

Grounded Kitchen has taken the core ingredients of their popular nourish bowls including a choice of three fresh vegetables. Served on a bed of rice, a meat or vegetarian/vegan protein and finished off with one of a new range of child-friendly, tasty marinades. There’s the Avocado sauce, the enticing Yum sauce or for those who like things a bit spicy, there’s the Jeju sauce.

The new range of Kids Nourish Bowls launched at the Fosse Park Leicester store. The new menu is aimed at giving parents the healthiest food on the high street for children. It also encourages a healthier, happier more balanced lifestyle – something that Grounded Kitchen is passionate about. This all stems from Grounded Kitchen’s mantra of ‘Feel Good Food’.

Alongside the Kids Nourish Bowls, Grounded Kitchen is offering kid-sized versions of their delicious Quencher drinks and smoothies including the refreshing Acai, with strawberries, blueberries, mango and acai, topped with a delicious mix of desiccated coconut, granola, almonds, strawberries, and blueberries.

The Kid’s Nourish Bowls will be available now at all Grounded Kitchen stores and online via Deliveroo. For more information follow @getgroundeduk or head to www.groundedkitchen.com for our full menu.

The stores are in Birmingham, Fosse Park Leicester, Leamington Spa, Leicester, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Nottingham, Oxford, Watford, and Worcester.
