Six Eight Kafé hosts 2nd “Birmingham Craft Beer Festival”

6/8 Temple Row, Central Birmingham: Independent coffee shop Six Eight Kafé hosts the 2nd Birmingham Craft Beer Festival, dedicated to local craft brewers.

After the fantastic success of the first Craft Beer Festival we are holding a bigger better second one. said manager Erin Greenhill, ” We are teaming up within even more local brewers to celebrate all that’s great in the Midlands craft beer scene. We are sourcing wild and exciting beers from local brewers including the Burning Soul, Sacre Brew, Twisted Barrel, Fixed Wheel, Green Duck, Moseley Beer Company, Indian Brewery, Fownes, and others”.

The craft beer festival will allow the public to meet the actual brewers to talk about their stories and beers. The beer festival will run from the 6th -8th April.

Six Eight Kafé has dominated the local coffee scene by winning “Best Coffee Shop in Birmingham in 2017” and 2014. In 2016 it won Best Independent Cafe in Birmingham.

Six Eight Kafé has come to national prominence as their baristas have won the Northern Ireland Barista Championships (2012), Best Newcomer in the UK (2014) and reached the semi-finals of the United Kingdom Barista Championships in 2012 and 2014.
