Leicester’s West End is set to welcome the opening of 3 Little Birds – a Caribbean-inspired cocktail bar and eatery.
Launching on Hinckley Road, 3 Little Birds will breathe new life into the unit previously occupied by North Bar & Kitchen and Entropy.
The venue is currently undergoing refurbishment to open with both a seated dining area and more casual bar space, as well as a hidden garden. With the open kitchen opening into the restaurant space, it’s set to offer a new and unique dimension to the dining scene in the West End.
Dishes set to launch on the menu include Hot Trinidad Blazing Wings, Birdies Sweetcorn Riblets, Spiced Salmon Sliders, Popcorn Shrimp Tempura, Rum Baked Pineapple, and more. And you’ll be able to spice up your weekend with their special Sunday Jerk Roast.
General Manager, Jason George, commented, “We’re delighted to be bringing new life to this wonderful space. Working on the menu concept has been an exciting process and we hope that customers will fully embrace the flavours and fusion we’re creating.”
